Gelato flowers!!
There’s a place in Parma that serves gelato like this, and the flavors we ordered weren’t both chocolate, so you could really see that the centers are a different color than the outer “petals.” It was quite lovely, but that didn’t stop me from eating it so fast I didn’t even get a photo.
